Cracked glass, black screen, flickering, dead spots, ghost touch, or a display lifting away from the frame — these are the most common reasons an iPhone lands on our bench. Most screen replacements are finished the same day. On newer models, True Tone and Face ID depend on components transferred from your original display, so we discuss with you beforehand exactly which functions carry over on your specific model rather than promising everything will behave identically.

iPhone battery replacement

If your battery health has dropped, the phone shuts down at 30 percent, or it gets warm and drains through the afternoon, a new cell usually restores a full day of use. We check charge cycles and health before recommending it, because a phone that drains fast is sometimes a rogue app or a failing charging circuit rather than the battery. Note that on iPhones, third-party batteries can trigger a service message in Settings — we will tell you that up front.

Charging port and no-charge faults

A Lightning or USB-C port that only charges at a certain angle, charges slowly, or has stopped entirely is often lint compaction rather than a broken port. We clean and test first. If the port genuinely needs replacing, that is board-level work and we have the micro-soldering equipment in house to do it.

Back glass, cameras, speakers and water damage

We also handle rear glass replacement, camera modules that show a blurry or black viewfinder, earpiece and loudspeaker faults, and liquid-damaged iPhones. Liquid damage is the one repair nobody can promise — we assess it, clean the board, and tell you honestly what we think the odds are before charging you for the attempt.

What to do before you bring it in

Back up if the phone still powers on, note your Apple ID password, and turn off Find My if you can — it saves time at the counter. If the screen is shattered, tape over it so glass does not spread. If it has been in water, do not plug it in and do not put it in rice; bring it straight in.
