Product Return and Exchange Policy

Tech Gate Computers offers a 30-day exchange warranty service for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect or dead on arrival (DOA).
1-year courtesy warranty service (will ship the defective product for repair or replacement to the manufacturer at no cost to our customer) from the original date of invoice.
For goods after 1 year from the date of the original invoice, a service to ship the defective product for repair or replacement to the manufacturer at a minimal cost is offered.

Return and Exchange Policy

Tech Gate Computers offers a 15-day refund & exchange service on most items from the original purchase date unless specified.
All unopened items can be returned and/or exchanged within 15 days with no questions asked.
For all returns, the original invoice must be provided.
Original packaging and ALL of its content must be present and returned including manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items. The original package must be in good condition. Incomplete or physical damaged returns may be refused.
All returns for refunds will be processed with the original method of payment

Tech Gate Computers offers 30 Day Warranty against Manufacturing Defect

Tech Gate Computers offers a 30 Day exchange warranty service for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect. A physically damaged product will not be covered by the warranty. Tech Gate computers reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective at its sole discretion. Some exceptions apply.

Tech Gate computers also offer a courtesy warranty service for 90 days from the date of the original invoice. Tech Gate computers will ship the defective product for repair or replacement to the manufacturer at no cost to our customer if the product is still under manufacturer warranty. This service may have a 4-6 week turnaround time. Customers have the option to contact the manufacturer directly.

For goods between 91 days and 1 year from the date of the original invoice, Tech Gate computers offer a service to ship the defective product for repair to the manufacturer at a minimal cost (please see costing chart) if the product is still under manufacturer warranty. This service may have a 4-6 week turnaround time. Customers have the option to contact the manufacturer directly

Special Notes

Tech Gate computers do not offer a warranty on the following categories:

Backup data services
Software and data losses or damages
Later upgrades or add-on components and defects caused by such components
No hardware issues such as virus/spyware infections
Misuse, physical damages
Has been repaired by an unauthorized third party
Incompatibility issues after installing new hardware or software
Printers are non-returnable if consumables have been opened

Refurbished Products Warranty

All refurbished products sold by Tech Gate computers are covered by manufacturer warranty and varies depending on brand name and model of the product. Refurbished product warranty details are printed on the invoice and the Tech Gate computers website.
